I had a generally pleasant stay at Doubletree By Hilton London - Greenwich. The room was quite spacious and well-decorated, although the noise from neighboring rooms was a significant drawback that affected my sleep. The staff were really good, always smiling and willing to help, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, while there were notable issues with sound insulation, the lovely service and great amenities made my visit enjoyable.

7.0/10
I had a mixed experience during my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London - Greenwich. While I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the comfort of the bed, my room's proximity to the air conditioning plant made for a noisy night. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the room's amenities and outlet availability, which detracted from my overall enjoyment.
Rooms
6.0
The room was neat and clean, and I loved the tasteful decor featuring Greenwich memorabilia. However, it was rather small for my taste, and I struggled with the lack of bedside outlets, especially since I use a CPAP machine. Moreover, the noise from the air conditioning unit outside my room was quite bothersome.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and responsive, which was a plus. They were attentive when I brought up my concerns and even offered a discount at checkout. However, the check-in experience was somewhat lacking, and I felt the service could have been more efficient.
Location
9.0
I found the location quite convenient, particularly for visiting my granddaughter at the University of Greenwich, as it was within a 10-minute walk. The nearby park and local village atmosphere added to the charm, making it feel like a true part of London, away from the tourist hustle.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options, both hot and cold. However, I experienced some issues with room service, particularly the pizza's presentation and quality compared to other items I ordered. It was a bit disappointing, but the afternoon tea I had was quite enjoyable.

My stay at Doubletree By Hilton London - Greenwich was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and the quality breakfast. However, I did face some issues with noise and room size that affected my overall experience. The hotel's historical charm is a plus, but I wish the rooms had been a bit larger and quieter for a more restful stay.
Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was clean and well-furnished, but it felt quite cramped as I had to squeeze past the desk and bed. Additionally, being located near the bar area meant it was noisy at times, especially with early morning disturbances. The comfort of the bed was a highlight, though, contributing to some quality sleep.

Breakfast options were impressive and delicious, with fresh orange juice being a good touch. The bar food was also tasty, creating a welcoming dining area. although I did find the prices to be slightly on the higher side.

The hotel provided standard room amenities like housekeeping and dry cleaning, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome drinks at check-in. However, the in-room safe had issues that needed addressing during my stay.

I had a pleasant experience at Doubletree By Hilton London - Greenwich with a warm welcome featuring delicious cookies at check-in. While the ambiance was sophisticated and the staff friendly, not all aspects were perfect; my room was a bit cramped, and check-in took longer than expected. Overall, it was a good stay, but there were some minor hiccups that could be improved.

The room was clean with comfortable beds, though mine felt a bit cramped and could use better amenities. I did have a good night's sleep despite the size.

My recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton London - Greenwich had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially with the complimentary cookies at check-in. However, the experience was marred by several issues, such as the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room and unhelpful responses from staff. Overall, the hotel offers a nice atmosphere and good breakfast options, but certain service aspects need attention.
Rooms
6.0
My room was generally clean and comfortable, but I faced issues like the request for tea and coffee being overlooked. Additionally, despite my previous request for oat milk, I was told it would cost £5.
Service

The service varied greatly. While I appreciated the friendly reception staff, my requests regarding room amenities were met with unhelpfulness, which left a negative impression.
Location

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options including a unique pancake-making machine that was a fun touch. But, I had a disappointing experience with the staff's attitude during breakfast.
Facilities

The overall facilities were decent, but the responsiveness of housekeeping could improve, particularly as our room wasn't cleaned for our wedding night.
